The injection plate is an addition to the temperature control machines from Loreen and Gracia. It is used to fill molds with a predefined amount of chocolate, e.g. 3 x 100 g bars or for filling praline molds to make trays for later filling. The casting system is equipped with a heater for the pause operation. The perforated plates can be adapted to customer shapes.
