The SFOGLY dough sheeters are ideal for processing sugary masses such as fondant and modeling chocolate, marzipan and puff pastry and shortcrust pastry.
The sheeter enables even sheeting up to approx. 0.5 mm in a few passes. With each pass, the gap is narrowed until the desired thickness is reached.
The SFOGLY also enables several colored masses to be superimposed in order to produce particularly imaginative objects and decorations.
